Turner Networks recently performed an upgrade which has caused audio issues on many of their networks. Commercials will have normal volume while the regular programming will have severely diminished audio volume. They have not offered a timeline for a resolution to the issue.
Networks affected include: CNN, TBS, TNT, Cartoon Network, truTV, HLN, and Turner Classic Movies.
